HEP delegation, led by Prof Jilin Cheng, visited Gunma University. The purpose of this trip is to exchange research progress and outcomes in the area of agricultural engineering, including modern agricultural soil and water planning & management, agricultural informatics and automation etc. Prof Seiji Hashimoto, the deputy Dean of School of Science and Technology, Gunma University, met HEP professors and arranged lab tour and research base visit for the delegation.

Since the first round of MOU signed between two Faculties in June 2012, 40 students from Yangzhou University has visited Gunma University for short term study as well as semester long exchange; 4 HEP graduates have been admitted to the Ph.D. programs in Gunma University.
