The college currently employs 121 staff members, including 99 full-time faculty members. Among them are 16 professors, 39 associate professors, 30 doctoral supervisors, and 81 master's supervisors. The faculty boasts several distinguished members: four experts receiving special government allowances, one recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, two awardees of the Ministry of Education's New Century Talent Program, and three mid-to-young age experts with significant contributions. Additionally, the college has one Jiangsu Provincial Teaching Excellence Award recipient, one Jiangsu Distinguished Professor, three second-tier and three third-tier candidates of Jiangsu's "333 High-Level Talent Training Project," and eight trainees from Jiangsu's "Qinglan Project." Furthermore, one faculty member has received support from Jiangsu's "Six Talent Peaks" program.

The college offers two postdoctoral programs: Hydraulic Engineering and Agricultural Engineering. The college is actively seeking self-motivated research fellows from around the world to collaborate with us and address engineering challenges in these fields.
