The Smart Energy Internet Research Institute (SEIRIT) held the annual meeting on 25th Dec. 9 Researchers from different colleges in Yangzhou University presented their research progress in this meeting. The Chief of Engineering Mr. Zhong Liu from the State Grid Yangzhou Power Supply Company was invited, and Prof Jinlin Cheng, the Dean, made the welcome speech at the beginning of this meeting.

The Smart Energy Internet Research Institute was established in May 2018, jointly by Yangzhou University and the State Grid Yangzhou Power Supply Company. Since its establishment, the institute had received more than one million RMB contracts from the State Grid Company.
